Michael Hurst and Bruce Hopkins in the show that counted down to the new Millennium
in Auckland, New Zealand called This is It. Auckland was one of the first major cities to ring in the new Millennium. An island in the South Pacific that was the first to see the new Millennium held a very beautiful ceremony.
This is from the early part of the show that told the story of the
human race and New Zealand, from the birth of Christ to current day.
Bruce stands behind Michael all dressed in Roman garb as Michael emcee's the show.
Bruce as a Roman Emperor. He was portraying different emperors through the ages as
Michael was on the opposite side doing the same.

Emperors of the eras. Michael was also on a raised platform/crane in the rain.

wash Michael lip synching to "Splish Splash"
Bruce scrubs Michael down in a bath tub as they all lip sync "Splish Splash" after the
invention of soap.

This was a prerecorded clip showing Bruce as an Italian guard interogating
Michael who was Marco Polo.
Bruce's character in the short clip. They were discussing Marco's discovery of the Eastern world.
Michael talks about the horrors of the Black Plague as Bruce's character lays his loved one
on the stage, eventually other people laid other victims in a pile, showing the
tragedy of the Black Plague.
